I'm Tie Odom, a Social Worker, Philanthropy Advisor, and Podcast host. I do this work because there was someone there to help me at every stage of my life. Someone who knew the importance of sharing their gifts with their community, and they impacted my life's trajectory. I want you to be that person for someone. 

 

For over 15 years, I've had the honor of working alongside nonprofits in every stage of the life cycle, and the one thing I learned is that the mission only moves forward when people give of their time, talent, and treasure. You may have many different things you are passionate about and don't know how to get connected or serve them all, and sometimes what you are looking for doesn't exist, and you don't know how to create it.
